Traveling Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Traveling Superintendent for direct-hire placement!

Our client, who is a GC/Design Build firm specializing in New Construction, Build to Suit, Renovations/Remodels: Car dealerships, Office building, Big Box Retail, Warehouse/Distributions centers, is now hiring a Traveling Superintendent for projects throughout the southeast (AL, TN, GA).

90% of their work is GROUND-UP: Their projects are going to be light industrial (warehouse/distributions centers), Education K-12, Big Box Retail. Pay is up to $120K base (based on over all project experience). Schedule is M-F, occasional Sat (when needed), 50-55 hrs a week. $3K/month per diem, $500/monthly vehicle allowance.
M/V/D, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, bonus potential.

Duties:
-Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily field operational activities. 
-Manage schedules, timelines and budgets. 
-Manage safety, participate in inspections, training and meetings with staff and subcontractors regularly 
-Interact with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements

Qualifications:
-5+ years of commercial GROUND-UP build experience from inception to final competition. 
-MUST have experience with light industrial (warehouse/distribution facilities), education (K-12), medical building and/or Big Box retail experience. 
-MUST have a GC background 
-Tilt wall experience is a plus, but not required 
-Ability to manage 10-30 subcontractors and projects from 100,000 sq ft+ 
-OSHA 10 or 30 
-MUST pass all pre-employment screenings
